Basic laundry washing and drying to help around the house.

Assistance with exercising, stretching, and staying active.
Cleaning
Light cleaning and housework to keep the home safe and clean.
Dressing
Assisting members with getting dressed and outfit selection.
Walking
Short walks in or nearby the house, with support and assistance.
Shopping
Errands and shopping as needed for groceries or other items.
Meal Preperation
Home cooking or meal preparation for the days ahead.
Feeding/Eating
Assistance with feeding, nutrition and hydration.
Grooming
Assisting with basic grooming, shaving, and oral care.
Escort
A support companion for appointments and errands.
Bathing
Assistance with bathing and showering, washing and hygene.
Toileting
Assistance in the bathroom, ambulation and hygene.
Transfer
Assitance getting in and out of bed, or moving from area to area.
