Most of our families do not pay out of pocket for care. New Dimensions Caregivers works directly with Texas Medicaid programs, so if you or your loved one qualifies, home care can be fully covered. We coordinate directly with your managed care organization, so you are not stuck figuring out paperwork on your own.
For adults 21 and older with a documented medical need for help with daily activities. It is a Medicaid entitlement program, so if you qualify, services are guaranteed.
For people who do not qualify for PHC or Community Attendant Services but still have a functional need and meet income limits. A solid option worth exploring if you are not sure PHC fits.
For adults of any age with a physical disability who need daily support to stay safely at home. Also an entitlement program, similar to PHC but open to a wider range of ages.
